Christine originally came to the UK from Kenya to study IT, working as a carer part-time. However, she enjoyed it so much she decided to go into it full-time; studying for a diploma, before landing a job at Jewish Care. 16 years later and she’s now a Team Leader, doing everything from organising activities for residents -- outings, lunches, and gardening -- to helping with breakfast.

Rachid wished for 'Career progression and ongoing training'
Rachid joined Jewish Care as a minibus driver over 20 years ago. After a two year stint behind the wheel, he turned to his love of cooking, becoming a chef.
