Albert joined Jewish Care in 2003 as a carer, right after he arrived in the UK from the Philippines. He became a staff nurse in 2005 and continues to work as part of team of ten dedicated professionals taking care of 35 elderly residents.

“It’s so rewarding to be able to do what I love. Jewish Care has given me so many opportunities over the past 14 years, in- and outside of work. I’ve been able to do six months’ nursing training, and I recently attended an awards ceremony held at the Houses of Parliament. I was very proud to take home an award on the company’s behalf.”
