We’re looking for Home Care Assistants who are kind, patient and compassionate, to look after our service users in the North West London area. We believe in looking after our staff too, so you’ll benefit from excellent rates of pay (between £8.94–£9.60 per hour) plus travel time paid at £3.00 per hour.

These roles will be on a zero hours contract working between Monday to Sunday and will include weekend working up to 10pm in the evenings.

What you’ll be doing
Though this is mainly a lone working role, you’ll meet colleagues at team meetings and enjoy team working and support from colleagues with your smartphone (provided as part of your role).
You’ll visit clients in their homes, helping them to live meaningful, independent lives. By listening to what our service users want support with – anything from accompanying to the shops, or help using the internet – you’ll adapt your care to meet these needs and help them maintain a sense of identity. You’ll report any concerns or changes in your service user’s health and wellbeing to your manager, with out-of-hours phone support from the management team during your working hours. What you’ll need
You’ll be a naturally caring, friendly and patient person. You’ll be confident taking the initiative, communicating effectively with your manager and other team members. As this is mainly a lone worker position, it’s essential that you have previous care experience (this can be through employment or life experience). In addition to this you’ll need:

We offer highly competitive rates of pay, £8.94–£9.60 per hour for weekdays, increasing to £10.90 after 8pm. Bank Holidays are paid at either double time or time and half + a day off in lieu.
