We’re looking for a dedicated Care Manager to work at our Clore Manor care home in, Hendon North London. What you’ll be doing
You’ll be vitally important to the smooth running of our care home, giving residents the exceptional level of care that is expected of Jewish Care. Your core responsibility will be to effectively lead and motivate the residential care worker team, enabling every resident to remain independent and enjoy a meaningful life. You’ll achieve this by ensuring every team member is trained and supported to work effectively and safely, meeting Jewish Care’s high standards. Your daily duties will involve:
The role is 39 hours per week on a rota basis, with shifts falling on any day from Monday to Sunday, on a one-week and two-week rota. This will include days, evenings and weekends, with some overtime required.
What you’ll need
You’ll be compassionate, committed and flexible to the needs of our residents. Previous experience managing a care environment, working with older people, and those with dementia, is essential. Having knowledge of care homes’ policies and processes (DoLS, MCA, safeguarding adults, falls) and understanding all areas of KLOE’s is a must.
