The Cafe Supervisor will be based at our Adrian Gordan Cafe, Sandringham, Working 40 hours each week over 5 out of 7 days, on a rota basis.

The job holder will be working in our soon to be opened Café/Bistro delivering extemporary daily services to our customers on the campus and will be an ambassador for the in-house catering and hospitality operation.
• To oversee the running of commercial catering operations for Ronson Café, Restaurant and Hospitality throughout the campus.
• To communicate with Head Chef and General Manager to ensure all catering/hospitality requirements are delivered to the required standard.
• To ensure quality and customer experience standards are delivered.
The Catering operation at the Sandringham Campus will provide a wide range of catering and hospitality within a Jewish environment for tenants, residents, day centre members, central office staff and external clients daily.
The service operates 6 days per week including festival periods.
