The Bank Care Roles are based at our Hyman Fine Residential Care Home in Brighton, BN2. We can offer either day or night shifts. The contract is a zero hours contract to work as & when required, to cover holidays & absences. The shifts available could be from 8am - 8pm for day care or 8pm - 8am for night care (12 hours) or we can offer flexible half shifts 8am - 1.30pm, 2pm - 8pm or 8pm to 1.30am & 2am - 8am.

The role of a care assistant is to assist and support residents in a wide range of daily activities so that they can achieve optimum wellbeing, independence, self-expression, fulfilment and have as positive an experience as possible. In addition, all those working in a care home setting, strive to provide all stakeholders, including residents, their relatives or representatives, volunteers, external visitors, professionals and colleagues, with a positive ‘customer experience, thus enhancing their experience as well as their view of our client as a caring professional services provider. As a Care Assistant you will have a key role that impacts on the quality of life of the residents.
